Create equactions for sinusoidal functions

In class we continue to do how to create equations for sinusoidal functions.
also the general form: f(x)=aSinb(x-c)+d or f(x)=aCosb(x-c)+d

We have a graph, now we need to find the function about this graph

first we need to find vertical shift=d and amplitude=a and period=2(180)/b

d=1 (is middle axis )

period=2(180)/b=(180)

b=2

therefore, function is y=Cos2x+1,then we neend to make the sin function look like cos function.we would shift the sin function to left by 45 degree .

so,the sin function will look like cos function.

second function will be y=sin2(x+(180)/4) +1
